Simpson Associates named a UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™!
The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Simpson Associates as 59th among the medium category among the 100 ranked organisations.
This recognition reinforces Simpson Associates’ commitment to a workplace where people can do their best work without sacrificing their wellbeing. From flexible working to a supportive culture, everything is designed with people’s success and wellbeing in mind.
This is underpinned by a comprehensive and adaptable benefits offering, designed to support mental, physical and financial wellbeing. Employees have access to flexible working, wellbeing support and tailored benefits that grow with them through different life stages, ensuring the support feels meaningful, not one-size-fits-all.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
At Simpson Associates, this commitment is reflected in employee feedback. 98% of employees say they are made to feel welcome when they join, and 86% say it’s a great place to work, compared to a UK average of 54%.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says: “Creating a culture of wellbeing requires deliberate leadership, strong values and consistent action that puts people first. The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ List recognises organisations that take a genuinely holistic approach to supporting their people, across mental, physical and financial health, as well as fostering a strong sense of belonging.
To be recognised on this list is a clear signal that wellbeing is not treated as a peripheral initiative, but as a fundamental part of organisational culture. Congratulations to Simpson Associates on this achievement and for setting a leading example for workplaces across the UK.”
Anna Edmondson, Chief People Officer at Simpson Associates says:
“Wellbeing isn’t something we’ve tried to ‘implement’ – it’s grown out of the way our people work together. We aim to remove barriers where we can, keep things realistic, and create an environment where people feel able to be open, ask for help, and do their job well without adding unnecessary pressure where possible.
This recognition reflects that culture. It’s been shaped by the team over time – people looking out for each other, being pragmatic, and making sure support is there when it’s needed, not just when it’s planned.”
