Great Place To Work performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces List. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
The reported experiences of Simpson Associates employees, in the Culture Audit™, support the 2026 win. 91% say the company is a great place to work, compared with 54% at a typical UK-based organisation. Employees also report a strong sense of support and belonging, with 99% saying people care about one another, 99% saying they were made to feel welcome when they joined, and 97% agreeing that they have the resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
