Accelerated Graduate Development at Simpson Associates
Over the past 25 years, Simpson Associates have worked tirelessly to curate a Graduate Development scheme that provides each and every one of our graduates with the best possible mix of hands-on client experience, paid-for industry-leading training, and the support they need to ensure they flourish in their career.
Working closely alongside each one of our graduates, listening to their needs, we co-create unique paths to ensure personal development plans are maximised to ensure their full potential is realised. This has certainly been the case for Chammie Ho.
Graduate to BI Consultant in two years
Joining the team two years ago on our Graduate Development scheme, Chammie has progressed exceptionally well to become one of our valued and knowledgeable Microsoft BI Consultants. Graduating from the University of Cambridge with a Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chammie has gained valuable experience across a range of our clients’ sectors including Higher Education, Law and Housing Associations.
Buddying up with various senior colleagues from day one, Chammie has had the daily support and hands-on experience from around the business working on real-life client briefs. By developing data solutions to overcome their challenges, Chammie has developed a rounded skillset by talking to clients at all levels, ensuring her delivery matches her customers’ technical understanding.
