In the heart of the festive season, Simpson Associates is embracing the spirit of giving and extending a helping hand to those in need. Amidst of an ongoing cost-of-living crisis in the UK, we recognise the importance of community support and that’s why we have pledged to make a positive impact.
Understanding the diverse needs within our community, Simpson Associates have chosen to support two commendable organisations – St Vincent de Paul Society and Kitchens for Everyone (KEY). These organisations play crucial roles in addressing the multifaceted challenges, faced by many during these challenging times.
During the summer, the Simpson Associates team donated food through St Vincent de Paul Society’s food bank, reaching out to families struggling to provide meals for their loved ones. Building on the success of this effort, the team is continuing their unwavering support by donating towards the creation of 50 essential hampers. These hampers will serve as a lifeline, ensuring that 50 families of both primary and secondary school students, can experience the joy of a Christmas meal.
Recognising the urgency of addressing homelessness and hunger, Simpson Associates has also extended its support to KEY, an organisation dedicated to feeding the homeless community in York. Our donation aims to make a meaningful impact, providing nourishment to those in need during the harsh winter months.
