Following a comprehensive Data Strategy Assessment, Simpson Associates worked in partnership Cameron Homes to design a tailored solution focused on: 

• Building a secure and scalable data platform:  leveraging Microsoft Azure, Simpson Associates established a data landing zone and implemented an ETL Framework using Azure Data Factory. This foundation ensures data security, availability, and future scalability. 
• Implementing robust data governance:  defining data policies, management groups, and resource management practices ensures data quality, security, and compliance, laying the groundwork for responsible data usage. 
• Modernising reporting with KPI dashboards:  replacing manual Excel reports with user-friendly KPI dashboards built on SharePoint and Microsoft Power BI empowers self-service analysis while maintaining IT governance.
