Foseco was in the process of implementing a JD Edwards One World application, a sub-project of which was the delivery of a Business Intelligence (BI) initiative, however, Simpson Associates recognised that the delivery of the BI application was only part of the solution and that a successful deployment includes enabling people within an organisation to effectively use BI tools.
