As the world of remote working becomes the norm and our days are now spent on Teams or Zoom meetings we want to reassure our clients that we are here to help in whatever way we can at this time.
Remote working has always been a part of the way that we operate at Simpson Associates, however we have been adapting over the last couple of weeks and will continue to do as the situation develops. We are able to deliver all of our services remotely and have seen some great successes with the way our and clients teams have been coming together on projects. Last week we started a multi day training course in person and then mutually made the decision to move to remote delivery and the feedback from the client was superb. The technology exists to minimise the impact that this is having for all and I am sure it will change the way we all work going forward.
We are looking at the events and educational seminars that we had planned over the coming months, and will be looking at new formats for the delivery of them. We are hoping to bring a series of lunch and learns covering our ‘Using the Cloud for Data Analytics’ subject matter and the ever popular ‘Dashboard in a Day’ being delivered remotely. This will ensure that you have the right information that you need to continue on your analytics journey. Follow us on LinkedIn to keep up to date as dates and subjects are released.
We are aware that there may be some that have been asked or volunteered to look after different business systems that have not been part of your typical role to ensure that these services can continue in the event of people being absent from work. You may well feel out of your depth or are struggling to find a solution to a specific issue that you have.
As such we are offering a free of charge no obligation remote assistance service to anyone that has a ‘data or analytics’ issue using any of the Microsoft, IBM Cognos, BOARD or Information Builders technology, whatever it is, don’t suffer in silence, just drop us an email to email@example.com or click here and we’ll see where we can help.
