Simpson Associates announces their UK Business Partner Agreement with Jenzabar: Student Relationship Management

Simpson Associates has announced a business partnership agreement with Jenzabar.

Jenzabar are a leading provider of the software, strategies, and services that are vital to the efficient administration of Higher Education Institutions. For more than four decades, their solutions have given Universities and Colleges the power to meet all their academic and administrative needs.

One of Jenzabar’s solutions, Jenzabar Retention enables Universities and Colleges to help as many students as possible to succeed in their educational endeavours, while improving progression and attainment rates and protecting tuition revenues. It provides comprehensive case management and helps direct interventions at the right time and in the right way to prevent at-risk students from leaving an institution—regardless of whether it’s because of academic, social, or emotional challenges.

"Jenzabar Retention is extremely useful to us because we know from our experience of students that certain characteristics that students come in with make it more or less likely that they’ll progress through the stages of their degree programme and achieve their target qualification. We are measured by the U.K. government on our success in retaining students in their completion and their achievement of the qualification they registered for. So, it’s vital for us that we manage to keep students focused on the long-term when they face challenges, when they get a bit low in motivation to persist with their studies. Jenzabar Retention allows us to focus our resource on those students who most need our assistance to succeed."

This partnership agreement between the two organisations supports Simpson Associates objective to offer UK Universities a unified student engagement solution, and extends the global network of Jenzabar; offering a UK-base for consulting, support and engagement skills.

“By delivering a fully contained solution which already marries progression, attainment and retention analytics with the proven workflow capability and data repository, this solution addresses a gap in the current UK HE market” says Sam Boulton, HE Business Development Manager at Simpson Associates. “Many of the HE Institutions that we work with want to merge multiple data sets and combine them with predictive analytics and workflow and case management capability, in order to manage the appropriate interventions that support their students’ needs. To date, delivering this has often meant deploying multiple technologies, but Jenzabar retention solutions are all in one place.”

“We are delighted to be collaborating with Simpson Associates. The business partnership between Simpson Associates and Jenzabar will bring together our unique expertise to truly help students persist and Universities and Colleges succeed. We’re excited to work closely with a partner who really understands the analytics needs of UK Higher Education Institutions and one with a proven record of successful results.”
